Devotional– After his transformation, Paul faced constant opposition. People questioned his authenticity, doubted his calling, and tried to destroy his reputation. But Paul had learned a crucial truth: while people focus on your reputation, God focuses on your character. Your reputation is what people say about you, but your character is who God says you are.
When you've experienced God's transforming grace, you'll face opposition from those who remember who you used to be. Some people will never accept your change. They'll try to keep you trapped in your past identity, reminding you of your failures and questioning your transformation. But you can't let their opinions dim your light. Jesus says you are the light of the world - a city on a hill that cannot be hidden. No longer do you let people define how bright you shine.
Your worth isn't determined by public opinion but by God's declaration over your life. While others may try to destroy your reputation, God knows your character. You might have messed up, but God can still get glory out of your story. Don't let the voices of doubt and criticism silence your testimony. Don't let past mistakes dim your future purpose. You are a new creation, called to shine God's light in a dark world. No matter how broken you've been, there's a Potter who wants to remake you. All He needs is your willingness to be molded by His hands. Let Him shape you, and then let your light shine brightly for all to see.
