DEVOTIONAL
Sit Down and Recognize Your Need
Scripture: II Corinthians 12:9

Morning Reflection
One of the hardest things to admit is that we cannot do everything ourselves. We often spend our days trying to prove that we are strong, capable, and in control. But the feeding of the five thousand reminds us that recognizing our limitations is not a weakness; it is an opportunity to experience God's sufficiency.
Andrew saw five loaves and two fish and wondered how they could possibly feed so many people. He saw the limitation of the resources, but Jesus saw the possibility of what could happen when those resources were placed in His hands.
When we look at life through our own eyes, we tend to focus on what we don't have, what is missing, and what seems impossible.
We see five loaves and two fish and wonder how we will ever make it work.
We look at our finances and see more bills than money.
We look at our families and see problems bigger than our ability to solve them.
We look at our churches and see limited volunteers.
We see declining resources, and overwhelming needs.
We look at our dreams and see obstacles instead of opportunities.
But when we begin to see through the eyes of Jesus, our perspective changes. We stop asking, "What can I do with what I have?" and start asking, "What can God do with what I am willing to give Him?"
Jesus teaches us that our limitations do not limit His possibilities. What looks small in our hands can become significant in His hands. The challenge is not to deny the reality of what we are facing, but to stop allowing what we see to determine what we believe. Our responsibility is to bring what we have, trust God with what we cannot do, and believe that He can multiply what we surrender. Our eyes see the shortage, but the eyes of Jesus see the supply; our eyes see the problem, but Jesus sees the possibility!
Grace meets us where our abilities end. God's grace does not require us to have everything figured out. It invites us to surrender what we have and trust the One who has everything we need.
You do not have to pretend this morning. You can admit that you are tired, uncertain, overwhelmed, or in need of help. God's grace is sufficient!
5G Connection — GRACE
Grace means we don't have to earn God's love or work to prove that we are worthy of it. God loves us, not because of what we do, but because of who He is. His grace is an undeserved gift that reminds us we are loved, accepted, and blessed even when we fall short.
Today's 5G Challenge
Identify one area where you have been trying to do everything in your own strength. Surrender it to God in prayer. Extend grace to someone who may be struggling.
Declaration
I will not pretend to have everything together. I recognize my need for God, and I will depend on His grace. His strength is made perfect in my weakness!
Prayer
Father, thank You for Your amazing grace. Forgive me for the times
